ACTION CONSTRUCTING is a Construction and Property Development Company based in Crete. We have valuable experience in the construction of luxury Crete villas, Cretan traditional homes and apartment buildings in the provinces of both Rethymnon and Chania on this beautiful island. While our central offices are situated in the centre of the town of Rethymno in Crete, Action Constructing has expanded its activity into the wider area around Rethymno and Chania. Loutra, Agia Triada, Pagalohori, Episkopi, Gavalohori, Vamos, Xirosterni, Paleloni, Kefalas, Kambia, Kokkino horio, Aspro and generally Apokoronas are some of the areas where we can say our individually designed Cretan homes have enhanced the landscape without, of course, spoiling its natural beauty.

Although the name ACTION CONSTRUCTING is relatively new on the market of Crete property development, it is actually the same company which, under the name of INTERLAND Constructing S.A. came to be well-known and widely respected since 1998. This was the year that the company was established and since January of 2003 was renamed as ACTION CONSTRUCTING S.A. Our company's participants, who are qualified architects, have had an active presence in the field of construction in Crete since 1984. Our office crew is composed of two architects, one graphic designer, a financial consultant, an assistant accountant, the sales manager and our foreman.
